Senior Digital Advertising Specialist, Latin America and CaribbeanLocation: Brazil, Colombia, Chile and MexicoAbout UsIngersoll Rand is a global market leader with a broad range of innovative and mission-critical air, fluid, energy, and medical technologies, providing services and solutions to increase industrial productivity and efficiency.We think and act like a 160-year-old start-up company.We are driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and an ownership mindset.As part of the international demand generation center of excellence, we provide digital advertising services to all business units across the globe.Job SummaryThe position is for a Senior Digital Advertising Specialist responsible for all paid advertising in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC).The role combines hands-on campaign management on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram with strategic leadership, working in partnership with the regional Demand Generation team to align paid media actions with funnel objectives and implement industry innovations.While reporting to the global Paid Advertising Center of Excellence, the professional will work daily integrated with the LAC team, leading, executing, and optimizing campaigns that will generate measurable impact on the region's business results.ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video), LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, and other platforms, balancing daily execution and strategic improvements.Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on creatives, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize performance.Act as a dedicated specialist for the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region, ensuring alignment with funnel objectives and cultural, linguistic, and regulatory adaptation.Configure, monitor, and optimize conversion tracking in GA4, Salesforce, and Eloqua, ensuring accurate lead attribution and pipeline impact.Create dashboards and analytical reports that connect campaign performance to business results, generating actionable recommendations.Explore innovations and new digital advertising practices, testing trends and sharing relevant insights for the LAC audience.Collaborate with marketing, content, creative, and web teams, aligning paid campaigns with regional priorities and optimizing assets and landing pages.Manage and optimize paid media budgets by forecasting expenses, maximizing ROI, and redirecting investments to high-performing campaigns.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.Experience managing paid digital campaigns, ideally in both agency and in-house environments.Proven success managing Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video), LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook/Instagram Ads in a B2B context.Experience managing advertising budgets and delivering measurable ROI tied to funnel and pipeline goals.Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), conversion tracking, and attribution models.Experience integrating paid advertising with CRM/Marketing Automation platforms (Salesforce, Eloqua, or equivalent).Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese (native-level), strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Travel & Work Arrangements/RequirementsRemote-based, might require travel a few times a year.Ingersoll Rand Inc.
