Company OverviewOutliant is a fully remote, US-based digital product development and startup consulting company.We specialize in creating intuitive, high-performing digital products and recently joined Ignite Visibility as part of an exciting expansion.Our diverse team of creators, designers, and engineers thrives on collaboration, innovation, and pushing boundaries.About the RoleIgnite Visibility, a fast-growing digital marketing company, is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead local and franchise SEO initiatives.The role is full-time, senior-level, and requires working U.S. business time (Eastern Standard Time).You will supervise and collaborate with SEO Strategists to deliver data-driven results for our clients.ResponsibilitiesProvide SEO support to an SEO Strategist.Develop and manage content strategies tailored to each franchise.Oversee the implementation of linking strategies.Create and oversee organic search strategies for assigned clients.Provide detailed site analysis and technical recommendations to improve organic visibility.Assist with or create website SEO audits.Identify new link-building opportunities and develop relationships for link building.Assist with onboarding and implementation of new organic search clients.Develop and streamline organic search processes to improve campaign performance.Collaborate with account managers, project managers, and other departments to highlight the impact of organic search to clients.Work across departments to maintain a strong understanding of organic SEO.Ensure on-time, on-budget SEO deliverables; identify and resolve potential impediments or escalations as necessary.Monitor and track campaign performance analytics based on client metrics.Review rankings and link data against internal success measurements.Review and help create monthly client reports, verify accuracy, and provide analysis.Support account managers with data acquisition and campaign insights for business reviews.Attend key account meetings as needed.Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with digital marketing trends.Perform other duties as assigned by management, supporting SEO strategist colleagues.Qualifications4+ years of SEO strategy and campaign implementation experience.Strong client relationship and English communication skills.Proficiency in managing multi-location and national SEO programs.Strategic planning and execution for franchise-specific challenges.Project management skills.Why Ignite Visibility?A collaborative environment focused on client success and career development.Fully remote workforce with optional San Diego office.Two-time Landy Award Winner (Search Marketer of the Year & Best Paid Search Initiative).Recognized as one of the Fastest-Growing Private Companies and Best Places to Work in San Diego.Equal-opportunity employer.Equal Opportunity StatementIgnite Visibility is an equal opportunity employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, disability, sex, age, ethnic or national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or presentation, pregnancy, genetics, veteran status, or any other status protected by state or federal law.#J-*****-Ljbffr
