**Grow with us- Your Responsibilities & Tasks**:- Be responsible for the assigned product line to support sales target achievement in the defined territory- Provide technical support proactively, answer inquiries and resolve implementation problems in the field for customers- Support the quality department in the quality complaint process by troubleshooting and analyzing customers' processes for better investigation and resolution- Collect, compile, verify and analyze data on the assigned product line performance and customer feedback to identify product features that need to be changed to meet customer needs- Provide basic product training to internal sales and dealers, and run external customer workshops and seminars- Conduct trials and demos to achieve intended results and create trial reports to product management and sales teams- Collaborate with interfaces to define the scope and acceptance criteria of trials and build professional trial reports- ** Collaborate with the Sales Team**: Work closely with the sales team to align strategies, support sales initiatives, and drive business growth.Foster strong communication and teamwork to achieve shared goals.**What will convince us- Qualification & Skills**:- Academic degree in biological engineering, biotechnology or other life sciences related fields.PHD is highly desirable.- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position is desirable.- Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese is required.Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable and will be considered an asset.- Proven experience in Fluorescence microscopy, HPLC and ELISA.SPR and Flow Cytometry are desirable.- Proven experience in a similar position and industry is advantageous.- Familiar with laboratory processes and equipment.- Experience in Cell Culture and Molecules characterization is required.- Strong learning ability, and expert knowledge base in this area.- Ability to effectively interface with product / project / division management.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Strong customer orientation.- Proven software skills, e.g. Microsoft Office.- Willing to travel domestically and internationally, with availability for travel at least once a week each month.**What we offer**:Working Conditions: CLT for an indefinite period.Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with a 1-hour break.Current Benefits: Health Insurance, family plan, SESC, Life Insurance, Meal/Food Voucher, Access to Gym pass/Well hub, Transportation Voucher, Dental Care (optional).
