**Assessor(a) Vendas e Negócios**

**Propósito Principal da Posição**:
Desenvolver um planejamento estratégico com base no conceito FieldForce, focando e identificando as oportunidades para atingir os objetivos estabelecidos pela matriz.
Realizar atividades de Prospecção, vendas e pós-vendas nas frotas, na região de atuação buscando os resultados de acordo com os objetivos traçados, otimizando os recursos utilizados.
Buscar desenvolvimento da rede de revendedores da região de atuação, assessorando todas as ações referentes a Suporte Técnico, garantindo excelência na assistência técnica visando o aumento de nossa participação nas frotas da revenda e nas frotas participativas.
**Principais Deveres e Responsabilidades**:
- Atuar e prestar assessoria a clientes frotistas visando atingir os objetivos de vendas, lucratividade, presença da marca e participação de mercado, (ciclo completo do pneu).
- Prestar assistência técnica, treinamento a clientes e implantar novos conceitos em produtos e serviços.
- Identificar tendências de mercado e oportunidades, elaborando plano e/ou ações para fortalecimento dos negócios e a melhoria em nossos serviços e produtos.
- Profissionalizar as UAT's da Rede de Revenda através de assessoria nas programações de trabalhos e gerenciamento de pessoas.
- Manter atualizada a ferramenta Field Force (mapeamento da região, cadastros, programações, planejamento e execução das atividades) e reportes das ações dos concorrentes (estratégias comerciais, lançamentos, garantias e ações de mkt).
**Educação & Certificados**
- Graduação: Administração, Economia, Marketing, Engenharia ( Mecanica, Eletrica, Mecatronica), Ciencias Contábeis.
- Informática.
- Inglês intermediário, desejavel.
**Experiência**
- Experiência mínima de 3 anos na área de vendas.
**Conhecimentos e Habilidades**
- Conhecimento técnico apurado;
- Expertise da rotina de vendas;
- Técnicas de negociação;
- Cursos da área de treinamento de vendas;
- Capacidade de treinar os novos colaboradores.
