GP Strategies Corporation is one of the world's leading talent transformation providers.By delivering award-winning learning and development solutions, we help organizations transform through their people and achieve meaningful change.GP Strategies has delivered our innovative consulting, learning services, and talent technology solutions to over 6,000 organizations globally.Title: Training AnalystPosition: Full-timeWork Location: Hybrid ( 3/4 days in Brooklin Novo, Sao Paolo, Brazil )Job DescriptionProject Analyst (Portuguese + English) | Hybrid (3/4 days at office in Sao Paolo, Brazil )We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven Project Administrator to support training operations and manage multiple senior client stakeholders with confidence and professionalism.This is a fully onsite role based in Brazil, requiring fluent Portuguese and functional English.If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy coordinating complex learning activities, and excel at stakeholder communication, this opportunity is for you.About the RoleAs a Project Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and system support to learners, facilitators, instructors, and third-party partners.Your work ensures smooth, accurate, and timely delivery of training programs and learning experiences.This role is central to the success of our learning operations and requires someone who is structured, resilient, and comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Coordination & SchedulingSchedule classes and secure all required resources: instructors, facilitators, guest speakers, moderators, and facilitiesConfirm bookings and ensure alignment with program requirementsLMS (Learning Management System) AdministrationLoad and update classes in the MetLife LMSManage changes to schedules, facilitators, and class capacitiesLearning Materials & LogisticsPrepare and distribute physical and digital learning materialsCoordinate procurement, printing, and delivery of resourcesLearner & Instructor SupportSend pre-course communications and provide ongoing supportServe as the primary point of contact during class deliveryResolve real-time issues by coordinating with relevant teamsAttendance & Certification ManagementGenerate rosters, track attendance, and update completionsIssue completion or failure certificates as requiredOperational & Administrative SupportValidate invoices related to facilities or materialsSupport Development Action Plan (DAP) activitiesManage user access, upload content, and maintain system dataAdminister Qualtrics surveys and report satisfaction resultsExtract Power BI reports and generate insightsVirtual & Onsite Training SupportBuild session links and moderate Webex/Teams sessionsPrepare training rooms, materials, and logistics for in-person sessionsCoordinate coffee breaks, shipping of materials, and IT requestsArrive early to ensure room readiness and conduct technical checksStore materials and close down the room after sessionsPost-Session ActivitiesSave materials, photos, attendance lists, and survey dataMaintain organized digital recordsProfile & QualificationsBachelor's degree2+ years of experience in learning operations, training coordination, or administrative supportStrong proficiency in ExcelFluent Portuguese and functional EnglishExperience working with LMS platforms (preferred)Skills & CompetenciesAbility to generate data-driven insightsUnderstanding of employee experience principlesStrong written communication skillsHighly structured, organized, and detail-orientedCreative problem-solverResilient and adaptable in dynamic environmentsIf you're ready to play a key role in delivering exceptional learning experiences and supporting high-impact training programs, we'd love to connect with you.
