Applications open until DECEMBER 31, ****.Also for PwD.Workplace: Campinas - SP.Job type: Full-time employee.Work model: Onsite.Also for PwD.The Global People Planning Performance Manager at ABI InBev is responsible for overseeing and driving the effective planning, execution, and governance of the People function's project and portfolio management activities globally.This role ensures alignment between strategic workforce initiatives, people-related investments, and business objectives by providing visibility, insights, and control over key projects, resources, and budgets.Acting as a strategic partner to HR, Finance, and Business stakeholders, the Global People PPM leads portfolio prioritization, tracks performance metrics, and supports decision-making through data-driven analysis of overheads, headcount, and people packages.The role is critical in enabling operational excellence, optimizing resource allocation, and enhancing transparency and accountability across the global people agenda.Responsibilities and assignmentsExploratory data analytics, trend analysisGuarantee accuracy of financial and organization structureProvide reports with a high level of consistency for business performance analysisDetermine the best analyses and visualizations to explore a hypothesis or problemCreate and update presentations for business performance results reviewsExcel modeling and business casingExcel modeling experience utilizing intermediate functions such as XLOOKUP, SUMPRODUCT, SUMIFS, etc.Design a dashboard or summary table to best display continuously referenced KPIsExperience conducting model reviews and applying analysis due diligence to minimize errorsStakeholder ManagementBe the connection point between GHQ People PPM team and HRBPS, FP&A and Overhead leadership/teams across the globeResponsive communication and full support to stakeholders' ad hoc demandsKeep alignment and closer contact with expertise teams in BSC teams (India, Brazil, etc.) if neededFollow Service Level Agreement with stakeholders and deliver all agreed in timeKey ContactsInterns: NYO People PPM VP's and Global Directors, Global FP&A, HRPBs and BSC teamsRequirements and qualificationsEducationMasters in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or othersExperienceExperience of at least 2-4 in the finance field preferably within FP&A others financeFP&A // Overhead// Capex Forecasting // Performance resultsBehavior ProfileDynamism and flexibilityFocus and discipline in the execution and management of the routineSense of ownership and urgencyMature in business communication and actionsReady for challenges and changesExecution with diamond quality/accuracyProcess innovation mindsetStronghold on organization and analytical and logical thinkingGood understanding of macroeconomics (inflation and other KPIs)Advanced user of analysis/work collaboration toolsAbility to create and foster a cross-functional network and work on fast paced and unstructured environmentPower BIPower QueryMS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint)AgileLanguagesAdditional informationWellhub (Gympass)Process stagesStep 1: Registration 1 RegistrationStep 4: Hiring 4 HiringNosso jeito Tech de serQuer trabalhar com a gente?#J-*****-Ljbffr
