Grow Your Career in Solar Module Sales">D drive the expansion of solar module sales by identifying market opportunities and conducting regional analysis to inform business decisions.Build strong relationships with distributors, installers, and consultants through tailored strategies, and establish quarterly/annual sales targets to ensure proactive sales initiatives are met.Support marketing efforts for regional campaigns, including exhibitions, presentations, and product launches, while preparing regular sales reports for management review and tracking progress against goals.Gather customer feedback, market trends, and internal input to shape product strategy and roadmap in the PV module segment, ensuring our products meet customer needs.Engage with key industry players to understand their business objectives and align our product/service offerings accordingly.Develop customized proposals to respond to customers' tender requirements, optimizing technical and commercial aspects of our products.Identify new market segments and opportunities for expanding product offerings, collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to align on product delivery and schedule expectations.Participate in product design reviews to ensure product quality meets customer/internal standards, and partner with field marketing/sales teams to oversee product launch process and ensure successful rollouts.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in the solar module industry, preferably working with manufacturers or selling to developers/EPCs.Key Skills:Sales & Business Development: Proven ability to generate sales and develop business opportunities.Procurement & Customer Relations: Familiarity with customer procurement processes and ability to craft responses aligning with their needs.Decision Making: Strong ability to define product guidelines and make decisions that see initiatives through to completion.Financial Acumen: Experience understanding financial reports, including budgets and product expenditures.Entrepreneurial Spirit: Sales-driven, proactive, and competitive mindset.Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build/maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex situations and identify best solutions.Self-Starter: Independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.Organization & Planning: Exceptional planning, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.Travel: Ability to travel up to 50-60% of the time.Language Skills: Fluent local language and English essential.
