Description Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelez International?Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking.Make It Uniquely Yours.You lead a portfolio team that follows globally harmonized processes to ensure the right decisions are made on portfolio spend while focusing on value delivered and alignment with our business strategy.Managing portfolios includes not only the processes, but also the tools used to plan, create, assess, balance and communicate execution of portfolios that support our global and/or regional goals and strategies.How you will contribute You will: Ensure that investments align with business strategy and priorities Implement portfolio programs and projects Lead the direction for process and tools Oversee the overall portfolio Provide guidance and oversight for program and project managers delivering portfolio activities What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Extensive experience in portfolio management including financials in a complex matrix organization Extensive experience partnering with strategic leaders and building collaborative working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders including in technology, finance and operations Experience working with geographically distributed teams in an international environment Ability to master details across broad subject matters and synthesizing the essence in concise communication Experience in financial, organizational, risk and change management More about this role Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree Advanced English is required Job specific requirements: At least 8-10 years of experience as a Project Manager, PMO, Deployment Manager or similar roles.Strong experience in SAP system implementation projects with S4Hana, participating in the deployment, testing, and cutover stages.Familiarized with agile methodologies Experience in risk management and vendor management Good skills of communication with multicultural teams on large projects involving different regions in LATAM Knowledge in tools such as Jira, MS project and Power BI.Travel requirements: Occasional within LATAM Work schedule: Hybrid (2 day in the office) No Relocation support available Business Unit Summary Our Latin America region is comprised of four Mondelez International business units: Brazil, México, Southern Cone (which includes Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay) and WACAM (which includes 12 South American countries and the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico); and one stand-alone market: Venezuela.We have approximately 20,000 passionate employees who put in all their energy, hearts and souls to create, market and sell our global iconic brands and beloved local jewels such as Lacta, Field and Terrabusi among others.We are known for our resilience and good humor and live our purpose with passion and commitment.Mondelez International is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation or preference, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Job Type Temporary (Fixed Term)Project and Program ManagementBusiness Capability
