Join to apply for the Consumer Engagement Marketing Member - CEM Member role at Monster Energy.Monster Energy is more than an energy drink; it is a lifestyleWe support the scene, our bands, our athletes, and our fans.We back athletes so they can make careers out of their passions.We strive to create immersive and authentic experiences that inspire.We celebrate with our fans, riders, and employeesWe are a brand that represents being the best at what we do.Join UsMonster Energy is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer.Position SummaryResponsible for executing Monster Energy's brand portfolio awareness and local marketing initiatives within a defined market.Reports to the CEM Team leader and is accountable for growing brand awareness and loyalty with a focus on university programs, relationships with student leaders, POS owners, activations, and events.Communicate the Monster brand message to consumers, assist with lead generation for the Sales Division, develop and strengthen Key Accounts relationships, increase market knowledge, and support sales efforts through event execution.Essential Job FunctionsBuild relationships with students' leaders and POS owners, generate brand awareness at the POS inside and outside, and set events with brand community pillars.Drop products weekly, maintain relationships with key opinion brand ambassadors related to brand core pillars: Universities, sports, lifestyle, culture.Execute and coordinate events/activations related to brand core pillars, either independently or with agencies, gathering and structuring information to support brand plans.Support the commercial team/TDMs with store execution of the university plan.Ensure all POS displays are correctly and accurately set up, including pricing, signage, and displays.Maintain proper uniform and personal hygiene habits as per training manual to uphold brand appearance.Essential Job RequirementsPreferred field of study: Marketing, Business, or Sales.Minimum 1 year of experience in promotional activities, marketing, or field marketing.Clean driving record.Additional DetailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Marketing and SalesIndustries: Food and Beverage ServicesThis job posting is active.#J-*****-Ljbffr
