Who You AreYou're a strategic operator with deep B2B marketing experience who thrives on ownership, client success, and data-driven impact.You have strong client presence, love building systems that scale, and can juggle multiple fast-moving projects with confidence.You're not just checking boxes, you're steering the RevOps ShopThe OpportunityYou'll serve as the lead account manager and RevOps expert for a portfolio of B2B clients.You'll own campaign strategy, marketing execution, and CRM operations while managing internal team workflows.In this role, success means building long-term client trust, launching high-performing campaigns, and driving measurable revenue outcomes.Expect to lead monthly business reviews, run point on HubSpot projects, and influence strategy from day one.Who We AreRevOps Shop is a HubSpot-based RevOps and demand generation consultancy for B2B companies.We partner with SaaS startups, manufacturers, and global services firms to drive growth across the funnel.Our services span visitor identification, email engines, SEO, content, CRM optimization, and outbound automation.We act as a fractional RevOps and marketing team, embedding deeply with our clients.What You'll DoLead strategic client relationships and serve as their main advisorBuild and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, paid)Manage CRM workflows, lifecycle stages, and marketing automation in HubSpot and SalesforceDrive data enrichment, segmentation, and reporting projectsPresent monthly reviews with insights, blockers, and next stepsCoordinate internal teams across content, design, and operationsMaintain organized systems in ClickUp, HubSpot, and shared docsMust-haves in a Candidate4+ years in B2B account management, RevOps, or demand gen roles1+ year working in a B2B agency, in a Demand Gen or RevOps role2+ years of B2B client-facing experienceStrong expertise in HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CRM admin)Confident client communicator with executive presence (C1+ English)Strategic thinker with a knack for campaign planning and optimizationProficient with marketing data, reporting, and dashboardsComfortable in EST hours and based in Latin AmericaNice to Have in a CandidateExperience with Clay, GPT, Zapier, MakeFamiliarity with SaaS, manufacturing, or consultingDetailsFull-time, remote from Latin AmericaCompetitive USD salary + bonusesWork aligned to EST time zoneOpportunity to grow into strategic leadership as we scaleCompany OverviewRevOps Shop is a HubSpot-based RevOps and demand generation consultancy for B2B companies.Our clients range from SaaS startups to global services firms.We deliver visitor ID, LinkedIn automation, enrichment, CRM admin, and full-funnel strategy.#J-*****-Ljbffr
