ADP is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner in Sao Paulo office. In this position, you'll attract top talent to ADP by implementing best practices in recruiting strategy. You provide the key talent that develops, designs, and markets our integrated solutions in an increasingly competitive global marketplace.What You'll Do to Drive the ProcessDrive implementation and execution of best practices in behavioral based interviewing and recruiting strategyPut your agility and time management skills to work while managing large and/or complex req. volumes and using the Full Cycle recruiting process: sourcing, screening, evaluating, and completing hiring process Be a Talent MagnetProactively uncover and implement creative ways to identify and recruit top talentUse social media platforms to connect with talent pools Be a trusted advisor to stakeholdersIdentify client needs, provide expertise, and drive staffing strategy in client consultationInnovate processes and strategies that provide the most effective staffing experience for stakeholders Obsess Over the Candidate ExperienceProvide a five-star candidate experience that is positive, simplified, and memorableSell ADP's Employer Brand and culture to potential candidates Deliver Meaningful ResultsLaunch and deliver on key hiring initiatives that make an impact and drive the success of the overall ADP organizationMake a difference and partner with talent leaders in functional areas by supporting the people, development, and growth of various internal organizations What You Need To Do The Job (Education/Experience/Critical Skills)Bilingual, English & Portuguese. Spanish is a plus3 years +/- Full Cycle Recruitment Experience or other relevant experience in HR.A top-notch track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs, managing large or complex vacancy volumes, and executing projects with excellence.Interest in working on employer branding.Experience partnering with leadership and driving hiring initiatives.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to interact at all levels of an organization.Knowledge of local employment law (Brazil).Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage multiple deadlines, oversee projects, influence without authority, and drive for desired results.
