Marketing Assistant | Full Time | Remote :About the Role :We're looking for a Marketing Assistant who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and excited to build scalable marketing systems.This is a cross-functional role supporting outbound lead generation, brand development, and inbound engagement through content, SEO, design, and social media.You'll work closely with leadership to execute and refine marketing strategies that drive awareness, leads, and engagement while building repeatable systems that grow with us.This role is ideal for a mid-career marketing professional (with a few years of experience) who thrives in fast-paced environments and can move quickly without sacrificing quality.Key Responsibilities :Inbound Marketing & Brand Presence :Support LinkedIn thought leadership, including post drafting and publishingResearch and propose AI-generated content themes aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)Contribute to SEO blog creation (briefing, writing, or editing support)Develop and manage a content strategy for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other channelsAssist with social media content creation, scheduling, and performance trackingOutbound & Lead Generation :Maintain contact databases and assist with prospecting and segmentationSupport performance tracking and reporting of campaign resultsGeneral Marketing Support :Assist in the creation of sales and marketing collateral (presentations, PDFs, etc.)Coordinate with design or freelance resources as neededContribute to marketing process documentation and playbook developmentWho You Are :2 to 4 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination roleTech-savvy and familiar with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, Notion, Canva, or similarStrong written communication skills with a clear, concise, and engaging toneComfortable balancing both strategic thinking and hands-on executionSelf-starter with the ability to operate with speed and autonomyBonus: Experience in a fast-growing startup or B2B SaaS environmentWhy Join Us?Be part of a fast-moving startup building something meaningfulWork closely with senior leaders and gain hands-on experience across marketing functionsRemote-first culture with flexibility and ownershipOpportunity to grow with the company and shape our marketing playbook from the ground up#J-*****-Ljbffr
