Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our team.As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable Service Cloud features and Customer Community portals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and design effective Salesforce solutions.Develop and customize Service Cloud features, including case management, service console, knowledge base, and omni-channel routing.Implement and enhance Customer Community (Experience Cloud) portals to improve user engagement and customer experience.Partner with developers and project managers to deliver high-impact initiatives.Design and develop scalable tooling frameworks for consistent, high-quality releases.Manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment while delivering impactful solutions.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Customer Community implementations.Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, SOAP/REST web services, and SOQL.Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, Copado, and CI/CD pipelines.Preferred QualificationsSalesforce Certified Platform Developer II.Experience with JavaScript UI frameworks.SQL proficiency.
