Content in the cloud will be available to internal areas for compliance edit purposes before onward delivery to clients or their dedicated delivery platform.
This is a technical role requiringsome data management, media prep, file archiving, ingesting, and deliveryof media assets, therefore attention to detail and tenacity are a key requirement.
The incumbent will work with other teams globally and adhere to tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate should have a passion formedia and technology, confidence in communicating both internally and externally, along with a strong work ethic.Location: Anywhere in ArgentinaRemote Options: 100% remoteNote: Please submit your resume/CV in English.What You'll Be DoingPerforming month-end cost accounting closeLocates asset within S3 Aspera library and stages for editor and compliance team.Moving the SD, HD and 4K Video & Audio Wav files to the Media prep staging folder under the distributor for the Editors can Media Prep and moving audio wav filesAnalyze and import source subtitle materialMedia Prep and conform to the US Spec including SD, HD and 4K video files for Theatrical, Special Edits, Middle East Edits, Specific Airline EditsMultiplex (mux) Thales and Lumexis system using Manzanita 9Manages final exports from editor, prepares assets for archive process.Quality control of assetsready for ingest, three-point check to confirm technical specifications meet OPEN guidelines.De-Multiplexes transport streams and Multiplexes elementary streams with Dynamic subtitles.Delivers files to various OEM's via Smartjog, Aspera, Expedat, Signiant media shuttle.What We're Looking For3+ year's working with video/audio/subtitle/metadata and client service experience in Media & Entertainment, film/tv production, or similar industry experience is preferredStrong understanding of video/film formats, distribution workflows, and technologiesExperience with InFlight Entertainment industry a plus.Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skillsAbility to work independently and with minimal supervisionHighly effective problem solver able to assess, adapt and action changing priorities and strategiesAble to succeed and thrive in a dynamic, innovative, deadline driven environment.Willing and able to work outside of regular business hours and participate to 24/7 support when necessaryExpectationsWorks well under pressureTeam player able to collaborate and influence others to meet shared deadlines and goalsStrong communicator who displays courage in driving and advocating for operational excellenceProactive, operational mindsetThis Might Be the Right Place if You....
