Role OverviewThe Operations Coordinator plays a central role in ensuring smooth execution and communication within a dedicated POD team that manages multiple eCommerce brands.This role is responsible for overseeing task flow, enforcing timelines, coordinating deliverables across departments (creative, advertising, catalog), and keeping the team aligned with brand goals and deadlines.Working cross-functionally, the Operations Coordinator acts as the glue that holds the POD together, driving accountability, eliminating bottlenecks, and optimizing internal processes to improve execution speed and consistency.ResponsibilitiesTask & Project Coordination: Manage and update the POD's project management system (e.g., Monday.com)Ensure all assigned tasks are clearly documented, prioritized, and completed on timeTrack deliverables across catalog, advertising, creative, and brand functionsLead internal task check-ins to assess progress, blockers, and next stepsWorkflow Optimization: Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend SOP improvementsMaintain visibility across POD bandwidth and help rebalance workload if neededPartner with other Operations Coordinators to share best practices and ensure consistencyMeeting & Reporting Support: Prepare weekly internal POD sync agendas and support meeting facilitationAssist with meeting recaps, action items, and follow-upsSupport the Strategic Brand Manager in tracking quarterly goals and reporting statusTeam Communication & Accountability: Act as a central point of coordination across Brand Managers, Specialists, and Creative teamsEnsure dependencies between departments are flagged and handled proactivelyCommunicate task blockers, overdue deliverables, and priority shifts with clarityWho You'll Work WithStrategic Brand Manager – to align POD execution with brand strategyAdvertising, Creative, and Catalog Teams – to track progress and deadlinesReporting & Compliance Specialists – to coordinate shared deliverablesOther Operations Coordinators – to maintain workflow standards across PODsQualifications & Skills2+ years of project coordination or operations experience (agency or eComm preferred)Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello)Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detailStrong communication and internal collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple moving pieces and adjust to shifting prioritiesBonus: Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or eCommerce execution environmentsKey Success MetricsOn-time completion rate of cross-functional deliverablesClarity and quality of task documentation and project updatesReduction in overdue or unassigned tasks within the PODInternal team satisfaction and execution efficiencyAdditional InformationCompensation in USDPTO: 10–15 daysSick Days: 5 days#J-18808-Ljbffr
