About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced leader to drive our operations across the LATAM region.This role requires managing IT/Tech teams, driving compliance and retention, and building trusted relationships with clients.Oversee all LATAM resources to ensure productivity and quality.Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, HR compliance, and performance management.Monitor attrition rates and implement proactive retention strategies.Drive employee satisfaction through engagement programs, career development, and structured feedback channels.Tech Operations OversightManage and scale tech operations and delivery teams.Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.Provide credible oversight in technical discussions with clients.Operational Leadership & Strategic GrowthLead daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with corporate policies.Collaborate with HR, Finance, and global teams for seamless cross-functional workflows.Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to regional/global leadership.Financial & Market Insight ContributionSupport resource allocation and cost optimization.Provide local market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.Key Qualifications & Skills8–12 years of experience in senior leadership or country management, preferably in the IT/Consulting sector.Proven success in leading teams, driving workforce planning, employee engagement, HR processes, and HR compliance.Demonstrated ability to set up, scale, and manage IT/Tech teams.Strong track record in building trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.Able to translate business objectives into actionable operational plans.Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing, scaling, and setting up IT/Tech teams while driving compliance and retention.They must be adept at building and inspiring high-performing teams, cultivating trusted long-term relationships, and translating business objectives into actionable operational plans.
