Senior Data Entry Operator at BairesDev
As a Senior Data Entry Operator, lead in executing high-volume data entry projects with a focus on accuracy and speed.
Your role includes overseeing data entry processes, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring the highest standards of data quality and integrity.
What you will do
- Manage complex data entry projects, coordinating with multiple teams and departments.
- Establish and enforce data entry policies and standards to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Provide expertise in data management and suggest improvements to optimize data entry processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of data entry clerks, setting performance goals and monitoring progress.
- Analyze data entry workflows and implement strategies to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with IT and data management teams to enhance data entry tools and software.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in data entry.
- Strong understanding of complex data structures and database systems.
- Extensive experience in data analysis and interpretation.
- Strong expertise in data management and quality control procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead data entry projects and teams.
- Knowledge of advanced data processing and reporting techniques.
- Advanced level of English.
