Title: IAM OPS and Support/ Administrator Location: Latam (Remote Brazil, Mexico, or Chile) Pay: $ 35 to 39 /hr Position Overview: Client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IAM Operations and Support Specialist to join our IT team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and security of user access within our systems, managing the Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle, executing LDAP and SQL queries, and leveraging IAM tools to support our infrastructure, including Active Directory. Key Responsibilities: Conduct User Access Reviews to ensure compliance with security policies and audit requirements. Manage the JML Lifecycle, overseeing the provisioning and deprovisioning of user access as employees join, move within, or leave the organization. Perform LDAP Queries and SQL Queries to retrieve and manage user data across various directories and databases. Utilize and maintain IAM Tools and Active Directory to streamline access management processes and improve security posture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand access needs and implement appropriate solutions. Provide support for access-related issues and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Participate in the development and refinement of IAM policies and procedures. Must-Have Qualifications: Proven experience with User Access Reviews, JML Lifecycle management, and Active Directory. Proficiency in performing LDAP Queries and SQL Queries. Hands-on experience with IAM Tools and technologies. Strong understanding of access control principles and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications in IAM Experience in scripting or automation to enhance IAM operations. Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards relevant to IAM. Must have Experience AD, Onelogin, Access Ops .
