Our MissionOur mission is to SAVE AND IMPROVE LIVES BY EMPOWERING HEALTHCARE CONSUMERS.Come be part of remarkable.OverviewHow you can make a differenceAre you passionate about identity and access management (IAM) and ready to make a meaningful impact?HealthEquity is seeking an IAM Application Onboarding Lead to help mature and scale our access administration practices.In this role, you'll be a key contributor to our IAM Program—driving process improvements, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring secure, compliant access across our environment.You'll collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to onboard applications, enhance procedures, and promote a security-first mindset.Your work will help build a strong understanding of IAM's value and benefits across the organization.We're looking for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, is proactive and detail-oriented, stays current with the latest security practices, communicates clearly and confidently and is excited to shape the future of IAM at HealthEquity.If you\'re ready to lead with purpose and help us safeguard access in a dynamic, growing organization—this is the role for you.What you will do (Job Duties & Responsibilities)Lead the intake and centralization of access administration for all internal HealthEquity applications, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and audit requirements.Collaborate with application owners, technical teams, and Application Administrators to gather requirements, onboard applications to IAM, and recommend compliance controls.Drive role-based access assessments, implement and automate RBAC processes, and help maintain IAM policies, standards, and guidelines.Utilize SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Excel for data analysis and access management; PowerShell scripting is a plus for integration and automation.Work closely with engineering, operations, audit/compliance, and the User Access Certification & Governance team to ensure secure, compliant access and provide audit evidence when needed.Act as a liaison among stakeholders to review, document, and communicate system activities, ensuring access assignments align with industry regulations, IAM principles, and a security-first mindset.Integrate new applications with the IAM platform for provisioning and deprovisioning, and support execution of the IAM roadmap.Provide IAM process guidance and requirements, create IAM solutions and roles for application onboarding, and develop process documentation for centralized access administration.Facilitate collaboration and lead cross-functional teams and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases for defect fixes, enhancements, and critical initiatives.What you will need to be successful (Skills, Knowledge, & Experience)Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, processes, and tools such as SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, NERM, and OneTrustExperience onboarding applications to IAM, conducting technical assessments, and implementing role-based access controlsFamiliarity with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, audit requirements, and User Access Certification & Governance practicesAdvanced Excel skills for data analysis and access management; PowerShell scripting for integration and data import tasksProficient in on-prem Active Directory and Entra IDStrong ability to gather requirements, recommend controls, and collaborate with application owners and technical teamsSkilled in identifying issues, risks, and procedural irregularities;
