AB InBev is the leading global brewer and one of the world's top 5 consumer product companies.With over 500 beer brands, we're number one or two in many of the world's top beer markets, including North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.About AB InBev Growth GroupCreated in ****, the Growth Group unifies our business-to-business (B2B), direct-to-consumer (DTC), Sales & Distribution, and Marketing teams.By bringing together global tech and commercial functions, the Growth Group allows us to fully leverage data and drive digital transformation and organic growth for AB InBev around the world.In addition to supporting well known global beer brands like Corona, Budweiser and Michelob Ultra, the Growth Group is home to a robust suite of digital products including our B2B digital commerce platform BEES, on-demand delivery services Ze Delivery and TaDa Delivery, and tabletop beer keg PerfectDraft.We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.About the role:We're seeking a Product Designer to join our BEES Design team.You'll support the entire Design Team by updating graphical assets and prototypes for products and leadership presentations.You will also help build user-centered experiences that drive real impact across all BEES Products, from Discovery to Development.If you enjoy thinking strategically, creating scalable solutions, and collaborating with other designers to deliver simple, efficient, and inclusive experiences, this role is for you.You'll work closely with experienced designers in an agile environment, with room to propose, test, and deliver solutions at scale.What you'll do:Help map and design journeys within BEES ecosystem, focusing on usability, clarity, and conversion.Support design teams on creating and updating flows, prototypes, and interfaces based on data, research, and usability best practices, drawing from sources like Baymard Institute and Nielsen Norman Group.Participate in discovery workshops and co-creation dynamics to map opportunities and prioritize solutions.Support definition of success metrics and hypothesis validation.Collaborate with UX Writing, UX Research, Product, and Engineering to ensure cohesive solutions.Contribute to and evolve the design system with scalable, consistent, and accessible components.Take part in design rituals like critiques, reviews, and feedback sessions.What you'll need:Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Design, Product Design, or Industrial Design.Hands-on experience as a Product Designer working with digital products (web and/or mobile).Experience in creating polished presentations, using storytelling techniques and illustrations.Solid understanding of UX, UI, prototyping, and usability best practices.Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Family (Photoshop / Illustrator), and familiarity with tools like Lucidchart, Maze, or similar.Ability to clearly articulate and defend design decisions using data, benchmarks, and empathy for diverse audiences.Experience working in agile environments, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and other Designers.Intermediate or advanced English for global collaboration.Nice to have:Familiarity with discovery frameworks, product metrics, and A/B testing.Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.Previous experience on using and collaborating with Design Systems and Documentation.Solid illustration background.What We Offer:Performance based bonus*Attendance Bonus*Casual office and dress codeDays off*Health, dental, and life insuranceDiscounts on Ambev products*School materials assuranceLanguage and training platformsEqual Opportunity & Affmdative Action:AB InBev Growth Group is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and affirmatively Action employer.We do not discriminate based upon race, color, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age, or other applicable legally protected characteristics.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionArt/Creative and DesignIndustriesIT Services and IT ConsultingFood and Beverage Services#J-*****-Ljbffr
