Client Relations Specialist (Admin Assistant / Case Manager) - Multiple Position Open

We support U.S.-based clients with legal and administrative services and are building a strong local team in Brazil.
We're hiring aClient Relations Specialistto help manage client communications, support our legal operations, and keep cases moving forward.
You'll workin-personfrom either office and be in daily contact with U.S. clients and our legal team.
What You'll DoAnswer phone calls and respond to emails professionally
Help manage client relationships and keep case files organized
Handle basic administrative tasks and assist the legal team
Keep everything on track by following up with clients and updating internal systems
What We're Looking ForFluent English (at least 9 out of 10) — this is non-negotiable
At least1 year of experience in any office setting
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and working with documents
You don't need any legal background or special education — we'll train you
Friendly, organized, and ready to learn
Spanish is a bonus, but not required
Compensation and DetailsSalary:Between $1,000 and $1,500 USD per month (approx. R$5,500 to R$8,250 BRL), paid underMEI(not CLT)
Performance bonusavailable based on results
Schedule:Monday to Friday — no weekends
Hybrid Option:You can work from home up to 4 days per month
