At the forefront of thoughtful design, we're on a mission to craft innovative residential spaces that exceed our clients' expectations.We're building a team that values creativity, technical excellence, and collaboration.The role requires creating and refining construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents, developing residential building designs, working directly with clients and builders' feedback, interpreting and applying Canadian building codes, collaborating with the team to solve design challenges creatively and efficiently, and contributing to a supportive environment where leadership opportunities are available as we scale.Experience in architecture, planning, or technical design is essentialSkilled in producing technical documents and construction plansStrong understanding of building codes and construction practicesCreative thinker who brings fresh ideas and solutionsProven closer who works with urgency and precisionWithin three months, you'll be up to speed on local codes and standards, delivering high-quality plans and drawings.As you grow, you'll independently lead parts of design projects, confidently produce client-ready documents and presentations.Within twelve months, you'll own a portfolio of completed projects and take leadership on new design initiatives as part of our founding team.Our company offers remote work, founding team opportunity, and creative freedom in shaping residential spaces.
