What to Expect
Job Responsibilities:
Provide leadership that fosters a positive team environment focused on morale, passion, and quality
Lead and manage team member training, development, assignments, and schedules
Perform daily inspections and assessments, coaching and counseling team members as needed
Collaborate with leadership to achieve facility, budget, and compliance goals

What is Required
Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software
Willingness to relocate for promotion opportunities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all organizational levels
Decision-making ability to make sound judgments quickly
How to Stand Out
Experience managing a team in a professional setting
Prior experience working in a healthcare environment
Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish
