DevOps Infrastructure SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team.
This role will focus on shaping the future of our infrastructure, emphasizing scalability, resilience, and just-in-time delivery.The ideal candidate will design and implement infrastructure from the ground up, leveraging best-in-class frameworks and providers to ensure seamless growth with demand.
They will collaborate closely with our leaders, product team, engineers, and clients to educate and execute on IaaS principles and cloud best practices.Exceptional problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure solutions into our backend and frontend applications.Build and maintain internal infrastructure and serve clients.Work with multiple teams and stakeholders to understand priorities and build infrastructure roadmaps.Migrate legacy infrastructure into a better state while building the future state.Prototype and recommend CI/CD, IaaS, and PaaS frameworks and tools.Responsible for audits and compliance reviews at the infrastructure level.Coach and mentor engineers in cloud infrastructure best practices.Be accountable for successful product deliveryCommunicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and non-technical persons, and collaborate well within a team, sharing knowledge and mentoring other engineers.Show a strong commitment to learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.Technology Requirements:BS or MS in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)5+ years of hands-on DevOps/Cloud experience5+ years of hands-on developmentExpert in CI/CD and ContainerizationMulti-cloud experience, strong preference for AzureSolid knowledge in one or more scripting languagesFamiliarity with multiple backend and frontend technologies is a plusWorking experience on release management/strategiesDemonstrated ability to lead and build frameworks and systems for scalability and reusabilityExcellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and writtenProfile Requirements:Ability to learn quickly and work independently.Strong project management and interpersonal skills.A team player who enjoys collaborating with others.Experience in backend or frontend development is a plus.
