Enhance Your Career as a Support Specialist">At our organization, we strive to create an adaptable platform that meets users' preferences and interests.We're a global company with a strong presence in various regions, boasting over 450 professionals from 15 countries.Key responsibilities of this role include:Providing timely assistance through chats and tickets while referencing knowledge bases and training materials.Maintaining performance metrics aligned with department standards.Staying informed about policies, announcements, and updates to ensure effective customer communication.Following assigned working hours and demonstrating punctuality during scheduled shifts.Reporting system errors or service disruptions to team leads or senior agents when necessary.Escalating complex customer issues to team leads or senior agents for proper resolution.Successful candidates will possess:Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.Excellent communication skills and efficient problem-solving abilities.Strong customer service skills, including empathy, accuracy, compassion, responsiveness, resourcefulness, and conscientiousness.Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shift schedules.Nice-to-have qualifications include:Previous experience in customer support roles.Proficiency in Jira and Confluence tools.We offer:Expertise development opportunities within a top-notch professional team.A chance to impact results without bureaucracy.Comfortable remote work conditions and a friendly atmosphere.Stability with a competitive official salary and advanced benefits system.
