Technical Support SpecialistJob OverviewThis is a remote position that requires providing technical support to clients within Brazil business hours.
You will work closely with our internal teams to develop effective solutions for recurring issues and maintain regular communication with the support and development teams.The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in remote support or help desk, and be fluent in Portuguese (spoken and written), with intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish.Key ResponsibilitiesOffer remote technical assistance to clients within Brazil business hours.Work closely with the internal team to develop effective solutions for recurring issues.Maintain regular communication with the support and development teams.Contribute to creating and updating knowledge base articles and user guides.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in remote support or help desk.Knowledge of the SaaS market.Fluent in Portuguese (spoken and written), with intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish.Basic Microsoft Excel skills.Ability to explain complex concepts to users with varying skill levels.Availability to work within the Brazil time zone.Preferred QualificationsDYNAMIC PROFILE WITH EXCELLENT CONVERSATION SKILLS.ACTIVE LISTENING SKILLS.ABLE TO SOLVE PROBLEMS EFFICIENTLY WHILE WORKING INDEPENDENTLY.Benefits20 paid working days off annually.Option to work from a coworking space.100% remote work.Competitive salary aligned with the local market.
