Company Description Innvo Financial Tech is a consulting firm specializing in Artificial Intelligence for the banking sector.We help banks and financial institutions transform data into competitive advantages by delivering AI solutions with security, governance, and real business impact.Combining in-depth expertise in core banking and regulations with excellence in software engineering and machine learning, we provide end-to-end support.From diagnosis and use case design to model development, integration with legacy systems, and ongoing operations, we ensure AI delivers measurable results, not just proof of concepts (POCs).Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Consultant, based in São Paulo, SP, with some work-from-home flexibility.The consultant will work directly with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and success through proactive engagement and relationship management.Key tasks include understanding customer needs, analyzing data to provide insights, managing accounts, addressing client concerns, and fostering strong customer relationships.Collaboration with internal teams to tailor solutions and ensure seamless delivery is also a critical aspect of the role.Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Engagement and Customer Satisfaction to build and maintain positive client relationshipsProven Analytical Skills to assess client needs, interpret data, and provide actionable insightsExcellent Communication abilities to effectively interact with clients, present solutions, and address concernsExperience in Account Management, ensuring the successful delivery of services and long-term client retentionAbility to work collaboratively with internal teams and adapt to a hybrid work environmentBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related fieldFamiliarity with AI technologies and the banking industry is a plus
