Software Engineering Coordinator

* Coordinate and facilitate communication between multiple software development teams.* Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely delivery of tasks and projects.* Conduct regular team meetings, stand-ups, and reviews to track progress and address any roadblocks.* Serve as the primary point of contact between software teams and other departments or stakeholders.* Ensure that project requirements and goals are clearly understood and communicated.* Promote a collaborative and inclusive team culture.**Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.* Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas are a plus.* Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.* Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).Proven experience with at least C++, C, Python and Linux* Excellent leadership and management skills.* Ability to inspire and motivate team members.* Conflict resolution and team management skills.* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written.* Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.* Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.* Open to feedback and continuous improvement.If you're excited about working with Thales, but not meeting the requirements for this position, we encourage you to join our Talent Community**What We Offer** Thales provides an extensive benefits program for all full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week and their eligible dependents, including the following:#J-*****-Ljbffr
