Vantage is a global, multi-regulated, multi-asset broker based in Sydney, offering clients access to trading CFDs on Forex, Commodities, Indices, Shares, and Cryptocurrencies.With over 10 years of market experience, Vantage has a strong presence with more than 1,000 employees across 30 global offices.Vantage provides a trusted trading ecosystem and a user-friendly platform for clients to capitalize on trading opportunities.OPEN ONLY to individuals willing to relocate.This is a unique opportunity for Customer Service Rockstars interested in living and developing a career in Southeast Asia: Malaysia or Thailand.The company will provide all necessary visa assistance and relocation support.During the visa processing, work remotely from your base country.ResponsibilitiesProvide frontline support to our customers via live chat, phone, and email.Answer queries and resolve client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotions.Address customer feedback and complaints professionally.Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary.Support documentation / administrative needs within the department and support translation for customer announcement notices.RequirementsBachelor's degree (fresh graduates welcome).Over 2 years of experience in Customer Service, highly preferred in crypto or fintech, but any industry is welcome.Mandatory rotation shift schedule with night shifts once relocated.Experience in international settings and teams.Fluency in English and Portuguese is MANDATORY.Exceptional communication skills with a superb client focus.Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.Knowledge or interest in trading is highly desirable, but not essential.We OfferCompetitive compensation package.Remote work while relocation is processed.Local benefits according to the chosen relocation country.Relocation support, including visa sponsorship and additional expenses.Career development in a fast-paced industry.#J-*****-Ljbffr
