At the forefront of SAP data conversion, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle, encompassing technical data preparation, conversion, execution of data loads, defect management, and reporting.You will collaborate with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.Coordinate and manage data conversion and data testing cycles.Ensure traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects.Provide leadership and mentorship to other data team members and ensure adherence to data conversion best practices and standards.Track and report data preparation and conversion progress, risks, and issues to project leadership.Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.) and their integration points.Experience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion is preferred.Proficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti.Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Preferred Skills: Experience with data conversion tools and frameworks.Familiarity with Agile and hybrid project methodologies.
