Not everyone can claim to feed the world, but it is part of our every day.Behind everything we do for our farmers, there is one AGCO team making it happen.We are proud to put our curiosity into work, building a better and more sustainable world.Join our extraordinary team todayThis position aims to identify cost reductions opportunities, ensure supplier's good performance (cost, delivery, quality, warranty), act to support new Product Introduction team within purchasing, support supplier development team as well as raise and lead sub-categories strategies.Your Impact Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, especially under capacity constraints; understand their challenges and provide maximum support from AGCO.Cost develop sub-commodity strategies and conduct negotiations.Contract sign and organize contracts for casting suppliers, including warranty, quality, logistics agreements, and LTAs for productivity.Performance reduce product cost by 2% YoY; manage supplier base by increasing partner-level suppliers and minimizing order divergencies.Your Benefits Medical and dental assistance.Private pension plan.Meal and food vouchers.Pharmacy agreement and life insurance.Profit Sharing and AIP incentive plans.Your Experience and Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred), Business Administration, International Trade (Comex), or any other business-related area.Experience hands-on and result-driven approach.Language proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Interpersonal experience and knowledge in the Castings category is a strong advantage.Problem-Solving Requirements: Ability to handle commercial issues due to debit notes (low complexity); manage negotiation breakdowns with major suppliers requiring moderate problem-solving skills, maturity, and experience to avoid loss of leverage or negative consequences for AGCO.Your Workplace You will work with your wonderful AGCO colleagues in Hybrid model from Mogi das Cruzes/SP(Primary) (or) Canoas/RS (or) Jundiai/SP We value inclusion and recognize the innovation a diverse workforce delivers to our farmers.Through our recruitment efforts, we are committed to building a team that includes a variety of experiences, backgrounds, cultures and perspectives.Join us as we bring agriculture into the future and apply now
