Job Title: Senior Business Operations SpecialistAs a key member of the organization, you will serve as a subject matter expert associated with Tax, Sourcing, Travel, Expense and Real Estate applications.Your role will involve designing and implementing operational and system enhancements to ensure production capabilities are both effective and efficient.You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and technology staff, including off-shore personnel, to ensure open communication is ongoing.Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between technical and functional stakeholders and project management teams to keep initiatives moving forward smoothly in accordance with project plans.Your duties will include defining project scope, strategy, deliverable priorities and recommending alternative solutions.You will also define detailed requirements, analyze business needs and validate solutions with internal partners.Evaluate SOC reports to ensure vendor and application compliance and surface risksEstablish, administer and maintain project and knowledge management processes and toolsEnsure applications are compliant with IT PolicyWe require:Advanced English skillsRelevant experience working with Tax, Sourcing, Shared Services, Travel, Expense or Real Estate applicationsApplication configuration, design and interface experienceExperience working with third party vendors to implement SaaS solutionsStrong PC skills, including experience using MS Office Products, especially Excel and ProjectExcellent organization skills, verbal and written communication skills
