a dynamic and passionate Junior Brand Manager to join the Foods team.The role will support the Knorrox Marketing Manager grow the business in a highly competitive environment.We are looking for an independent thinker, with a can-do-spirit to be a part the journey to unlock growth for this iconic brand.You will lead projects, develop through-the-line launch plans, manage activations, and implement impact brand campaigns and activity.If this is what you are looking for, then this role is just for youWhat will your main responsibilities beJob Scope:Drive the value & volume led growth agenda on the respective brand by leading Innovations, managing BLG campaigns based on category growth principlesEnd to End brand management role for South AfricaFocus on incremental future growth opportunities, as well as management of existing core businessEnd to end P&L responsibility, including S&OP managementBudget (BMI) management to be vigorously controlled to ensure full delivery of projectsLeadership of several Innovation Projects – e.g. development of new mixes / launch into new categories etc.Leadership / support of NRM or SC Activity Requests: e.g. introduction of new pack sizes / formats for existing mixesDeveloping & executing Inspiring brand communications in partnership with creative agenciesLeading Integrated Brand Planning Process (annual IBP)Management of Brand's digital strategy and ecommKey relationships: Customer Development, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, Consumer Market Insights, Research and Development, Finance Business Partners & Global and Local teams where relevantWhat you will need to succeedExperiences & QualificationsDegree in Marketing, Business and / or CommerceA minimum of 3-5 years in FMCG/related Marketing, Branding and Digital Marketing experienceSkillsStrong levels of growth and ownership mindset – a self-starter with a winning and competitive mindsetProject and innovation management, and business acumenStrong numeracy skills and budget management skills.Ability to deliver operationally, while thinking ahead of the long-term growth strategyCross-functional relationship management: Agencies, Customer Development, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, Consumer Market Insights, Research and Development, Finance Business PartnersBias for action and drive – willingness to get things done with speed & efficiency, and
