OverviewDo you dream in product roadmaps?Can you see where AI is headed before most people know it exists?We're looking for a visionary Product Owner who can take bold ideas and turn them into real, world-class features.We're not building just another app - we're building immersive AI fantasy experiences: cutting-edge NSFW chat and image generation platforms that push the limits of what's possible online.If you're the kind of leader who thrives on innovation, clarity, and guiding teams through complexity, you'll fit right in.Who You AreVisionary: You see opportunities where others see limits.Leader: You rally cross-functional teams and keep them aligned on the big picture.AI Native: You understand how AI tech (LLMs, diffusion, prompt chaining) translates into actual products people love.Scrum Guide: You know how to steer a team in agile - balancing structure with adaptability.Communicator: You make complex AI concepts simple for stakeholders, engineers, and designers alike.Customer Obsessed: You care deeply about the user experience and constantly think about how to make it better.What You'll DoOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle for our AI-driven adult web platforms (chat + image generation).Shape the roadmap, prioritize features, and guide the team toward high-impact deliverables.Stay ahead of AI and NSFW industry trends - making sure we're always two steps ahead of competitors.Lead agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, reviews) and keep the backlog sharp.Translate business goals and user needs into actionable dev team tasks.Propose, launch, and analyze A/B tests to drive growth, retention, and monetization.Gather feedback from users and turn insights into product improvements.Ensure compliance with legal, billing, and platform rules - while keeping innovation alive.Track performance with analytics dashboards and AI-specific monitoring.Qualifications5+ years leading agile product teams in high-growth environments.Hands-on experience managing AI-based platforms (bonus: adult content experience).Strong grasp of software development and AI fundamentals (LLMs, image models, HuggingFace, Replicate, OpenRouter, etc.).Proven ability to launch products that scale - and to iterate fast when things change.Experience with marketing and monetization strategies in digital platforms.A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Agile / Scrum: 2-week sprints, daily standups.Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Telegram, WhatsApp.Product & Design: Jira, Trello, Figma.Remote-first - work from anywhere.Be at the ground floor of a rapidly growing AI product.Influence the future of AI fantasy immersion - a space that's exploding right now.Join a team where your voice matters and your impact is seen daily.Seniority & EmploymentSeniority level: DirectorEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Product Management and MarketingIndustries: Technology, Information and Internet#J-*****-Ljbffr
