As a creative force behind our campaign execution, you will transform raw ideas and footage into compelling ads that drive results.This role requires quick iteration based on performance data to deliver high-quality content.Key ResponsibilitiesAd Creative Production: Design engaging graphics and short-form videos for various platforms; ensure timely delivery of multiple variations.Content Editing: Cut UGC, before/after, job-site clips; add captions, hooks, overlays, CTAs; ship polished content.Offer/Angle Packs Development: Translate roofing value props into hooks, headlines, and visuals that resonate with customers.This is a fully remote position with standard hours 9:00–5:00 PM Central Time (CDT).Occasional travel may be required for content capture or team meetings.About YouA strong portfolio showcasing direct-response creative (ads that sell) is essential.Comfortable working from imperfect footage and making it look sharp.Solid copy instincts for headlines, overlays, lower-thirds, CTA placement.Success MetricsDeliver 30–50 creative variations/month across clients (mix of video + static).Hit = 3 winning creatives/month (defined as 20–40%+ lift in CTR/CVR vs. control).Design skills are crucial, but content editing chops win the day.
