professionals with transformative career opportunities.You'll identify, engage, and secure top-tier candidates who will drive our client's business forward in the Dominican Republic market.Your Knowledge and ExpertiseFluent in French and English (written and spoken).Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar roleStrong knowledge of local hiring practices, labor laws, and sourcing strategies.Experience using various recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media for talent sourcing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools is a
