Today, we're creating unique technologies, and with your help, we aim to reach even higher.We are looking for an experienced and talented Publisher Success Manager who will be responsible for relationship-building with publishers in Brazil.What You'll Do:Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key publishers in the market.Daily monitoring and maintaining a steady flow of traffic coming from the top clients.Optimization to achieve a positive revenue balance or minimize the losses from the cooperation.Constantly being in contact with the publisher in order to support and respond to needs from the client's side.Negotiations regarding new ways of monetization and possible tests of new monetization solutions.Work in close cooperation with the internal team globally within the department and cross departments.RequirementsWho you are:2+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the digital media or online publishing sector.Excellent relationship management and customer service skills, dedicated to exceeding client expectations.Strong communication skills, efficient interaction with different personality typesDeep understanding of the Brazilian digital marketVerifiable track record of closing major deals with publishers or advertisers;Strong analytical abilities to gather business insights by monitoring and interpreting data trends.Master's/Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, International Relations, International Business, Communications preferred but not required)Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel or Google Sheets.Will be a plus:Experience in Client Service roles.Connections with local publishers, media groups, warm contacts in Brazil.Experience with Native Advertising is a strong plus.Languages proficiency:Fluent PortugueseFluent EnglishSeniority levelSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionJob functionMarketingIndustriesProfessional ServicesReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at MGID by 2xSign in to set job alerts for "Manager" roles.Director, General Manager - Latin AmericaRegional Customer Relations and Support Manager- Data ClearingSenior Manager - Tissue Operations - BrazilAccounting and Internal Controls Manager.
