DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T QUALIFY OR IF YOUR ENGLISH IS NOT FLUENT AND CLEAR.We are only considering candidates with real, hands-on experience in GoHighLevel and Notion who can work and communicate effectively in English.If you don't meet these requirements — do not apply.About the RoleLegacy Strong is hiring a full-time Automation & Systems Engineer (GoHighLevel + Notion Expert) to build, connect, and optimize all backend systems that keep the business running smoothly.You'll be responsible for automating workflows, building dashboards, managing CRM pipelines, and integrating AI tools to help us scale efficiently.This is a highly technical, operations-driven role , not an assistant or marketing position.Company OverviewLegacy Strong is seeking an experienced Systems Specialist to join our growing team and directly support operations with systems, automations, and technology.This role requires proven expertise in GoHighLevel, Notion, AI, automations, and funnels , along with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.Position OverviewAs a Systems Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our operations: creating, integrating, and optimizing systems so the business can run smoothly and scale quickly.You'll document processes, train team members, and serve as the go-to person for systems and technical improvements.We're looking for someone proactive and detail-oriented who can turn complex processes into streamlined, automated systems.Key Responsibilities1?? Build, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel pipelines, automations, and integrations.2?? Create Notion dashboards and knowledge bases for the team.3?? Design and maintain funnels and landing pages that convert.4?? Implement AI tools to automate tasks and increase efficiency.5?? Troubleshoot and improve existing systems for reliability and scale.6?? Document processes and train team members on new systems.Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)? 2+ years of proven experience with GoHighLevel — mandatory.? Strong background in Notion (databases, dashboards, templates).? Fluent and clear English — written and spoken.? Must be able to work during U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours.? Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.? Proven ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.Mandatory Skills and ExperienceAdvanced GoHighLevel automations (pipelines, triggers, custom fields, workflows).Strong Notion system design (databases, automations, templates).Proficiency with Zapier / Make / API integrations .Familiarity with AI-based automations (OpenAI, chatbots, etc.) .Nice-to-Have Skills? Experience integrating AI tools into workflows.? Track record of scaling operations through automation.? Familiarity with funnel optimization and analytics.?
