Key ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced Software Architect and Backend Developer to design and maintain Golang-based microservices that power our billing systems.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SQL and relational databases, proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker, familiarity with event-driven systems, and strong debugging and problem-solving skills.In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders across teams to deliver new features and maintain operational excellence.You will also participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture planning sessions.Design and develop scalable, efficient, and secure Golang-based microservices.Work with event-driven systems and streaming architectures using Kafka.Manage containerized deployments using Kubernetes and Docker.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver new features and maintain operational excellence.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:5+ years of professional backend development experience.Strong hands-on experience with Golang or proven ability to quickly ramp up.A solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker.Familiarity with event-driven systems.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Bonus SkillsThe following skills would be beneficial but not required:Experience integrating with ERP systems.Familiarity with API standards.Exposure to orchestration tools.Knowledge of distributed systems security best practices.Observability.
