Software Engineering RoleAbout the PositionWe are seeking a skilled Sr.Software Engineer with expertise in C#, software development methodologies, and experience designing, developing, and maintaining complex .NET / C# based applications.Key Responsibilities:Efficiently resolve complex technical issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate frontend and backend components seamlessly.Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and non-technical persons, collaborating well within a team, sharing knowledge, and mentoring junior developers.Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.Develop strategies for transitioning from legacy systems to modern architectures.Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Required Skills & QualificationsWe seek candidates with 6+ years of experience as a backend developer with a strong focus on C#.Proficiency in .NET Framework/.NET Core is required.Experience designing RESTful APIs, architecting software systems (considering scalability, maintainability, and performance), familiarization with design patterns, microservices, event-driven architecture, and other software design principles is essential.Candidates should also be familiar with DevOps practices (CI, CD, and deployment pipelines) and utilize tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for development and deployment.BenefitsCompetitive compensation.Flexible working hours.Fully remote position with opportunities to travel abroad.Opportunities for professional growth and development.The chance to work on exciting projects with cutting-edge technologies.
