What We Offer:Challenging projects using state-of-the-art Machine Learning.Grow with a fast-paced startup and advance your career.Work on innovative AI solutions like generative models and advanced AI frameworks.Excellent, highly motivated, and talented team environment.Flexible on-site and remote work options.Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI/ML solutions.Collaborate with business and engineering teams to define and prioritize AI projects.Drive rapid proof-of-concept development for AI initiatives.Mentor your team and foster continuous learning.Take ownership of ML projects with state-of-the-art solutions.Research and design new solutions and complex architectures.Proactively propose new tools, solutions, and methodologies.Ensure project scalability and robustness.Manage cross-team communication and planning.Participate in team hiring.If You Have:Proven experience in technical leadership roles.Strong Python proficiency and familiarity with Machine Learning libraries.Hands-on experience in applied ML projects.Advanced experience in NLP and LLMs.Practical knowledge of microservices and third-party AI API integration.Experience with monitoring applications in production and code versioning (Git).
Advanced English.Excellent communication, proactivity, and teamwork skills.Familiarity with Scrum or Agile.Required tools: Python, Docker, SQL, Git, AWS, OCI, Azure or GCP.It's a Plus If You Have:Experience with MLOps.Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Diffusers) or AI Agents.Prior experience leading larger teams.Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
