Train and coach team members to provideexceptional customer service and engagement.Oversee inventory flow, including markdowns, ticketing, and clearance management, whilemaintaining accurate pricing and organized stockrooms.
Ensure timely removal of damagedor expired items and set daily and weekly freight goals to support efficient operations.Train, develop, and provide continuous feedback to team members on customer service, storepolicies, operational procedures, and compliance tasks.
Foster a positive and productive workenvironment.Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
Collaboratewith the store manager to create and implement effective marketing and promotionalcampaigns.
