Job DescriptionAs an AI Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in accelerating frontier AI research by identifying and attracting top talent from around the world.This position involves managing candidate-related operational steps, including communication via email, WhatsApp, and phone; scheduling technical and client interviews; conducting non-technical interviews; coordinating availability; negotiating rates; and ensuring smooth onboarding transitions.Key Responsibilities:Operational Execution: Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, from initial outreach to successful onboarding, ensuring seamless communication and timely updates throughout the process.Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, concise information and regular progress updates to internal stakeholders, while maintaining open channels of communication with candidates.Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, using insights to inform strategic decisions and drive process optimization.Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine workflows to improve scalability, efficiency, and candidate experience, developing and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and reproducibility.Bandwidth & Pipeline Management: Effectively prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain high productivity levels under high-volume conditions, ensuring consistent quality and meeting project milestones.Organization & Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date spreadsheets, trackers, and operational documentation to ensure data integrity and transparency across all processes.Compliance & Risk Management: Adhere to established policies, procedures, and quality standards, supporting audits and reporting efforts to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.Adaptability & Collaboration: Operate effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments, switching contexts seamlessly and collaborating across global time zones to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
