About This PositionWe seek an accomplished Software Engineer with a strong focus on C# to lead our team's software development efforts.This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex .NET / C# based applications.Responsibilities:Exceptional problem-solving skills to identify and solve technical issues efficiently.Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate frontend and backend components seamlessly.Effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and non-technical individuals while mentoring junior developers.Maintenance of high code quality, organization, and automation standards.A commitment to staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.Development of strategies for transitioning from legacy systems to modern architectures.Requirements:6+ years of experience in backend development with a focus on C#.Proficiency in .NET Framework/.NET Core.Ability to design RESTful APIs and architect software systems considering scalability, maintainability, and performance.Emphasis on testing, automated testing frameworks, and writing unit tests.Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL).Familiarity with design patterns, microservices, event-driven architecture, and software design principles.Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI, CD, deployments pipelines) utilizing tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the growth of our team.Benefits:Opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
