Digital IDP Specialist NeededJob DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Digital IDP Specialist.
This position involves working closely with stakeholders to design, build and manage document extraction solutions using IDP platforms.Analyze business requirements to define extraction feasibility and development effort.Design and architect IDP solutions including classification, labeling strategies, extraction rules, NLP/ML models, and workflow design.Develop and manage workflows including validation and human-in-the-loop activities.Test, evaluate and ensure quality of extraction models.Fine-tune classifiers, rules and ML models to enhance accuracy and meet key performance indicators.Key Responsibilities:This position requires hands-on experience in delivering end-to-end IDP projects and a strong knowledge of document extraction techniques including extraction rules, natural language processing and deep learning.Required Skills and QualificationsHands-on experience in IDP project delivery.Strong knowledge of document extraction techniques including extraction rules, NLP, deep learning etc.Experience in designing, building and managing IDP solutions including workflow definition.Familiarity with IDP tools such as UiPath Document Understanding, Kofax/Tungsten, Amazon Textract, Google Document AI, Microsoft AI Builder/Documents Intelligence.Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g JavaScript, Python) for customization and integration.Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or related field.BenefitsThis role offers a challenging and rewarding work environment that fosters growth and innovation.
