Digital Transformation Specialist

End-to-end IDP solutions require meticulous planning and execution.
At our company, we specialize in delivering customized automation projects across Latin America.We are looking for an experienced IDP Consultant to join our team and contribute to the success of our digital transformation initiatives.Analyze document requirements and develop feasible extraction strategies.Design and architect IDP solutions incorporating document classification, labeling techniques, extraction rules, NLP/ML models, and workflow design.Build and manage workflows including validation and human-in-the-loop activities.Conduct thorough testing, performance evaluation, and quality assurance of extraction models.Fine-tune classifiers, rules, and ML models to enhance accuracy and meet set KPIs.Collaborate with stakeholders and deliver comprehensive documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in delivering end-to-end IDP projects, strong knowledge of document extraction techniques, and familiarity with IDP tools such as UiPath Document Understanding and Amazon Textract.A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred, along with excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Key qualifications include:Hands-on experience with IDP project deliveryStrong knowledge of document extraction techniquesFamiliarity with IDP solutions design, architecture, and workflow definitionFamiliarity with IDP tools such as UiPath Document Understanding and Amazon Textract
