We are seeking adaptable, curious, and persistent individuals to join our team as New Account Managers in São Paulo, Brazil.
Your role will focus on acquiring new merchants through prospecting via phone and email, bringing their products, pricing, and availability to Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential merchants via phone or email
Manage a pipeline of merchants to meet or exceed quarterly targets
Educate merchants about Amazon's standards of Delivery and Customer Experience
Enable merchants to learn and use Amazon's tools to manage their catalog, inventory, and performance efficiently
Understand category specifics to identify trends, seasonal items, and competitive pricing to tailor pitches and advice
Track, report, and analyze development results for your merchant portfolio
Prioritize your time effectively to achieve KPIs in a fast-paced environment
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years of sales experience
Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with sales (please describe)
