LATAM Higher Education Head of Sales A Meta Apply IE está em busca de um(a) Head of Sales para liderar nossas operações comerciais no setor de Educação Superior na América Latina (LATAM). Buscamos um(a) profissional estratégico(a), com forte experiência em vendas B2 B e B2 C no segmento educacional, capaz de desenvolver parcerias e liderar equipes de alto desempenho. Local: Escritório em São Paulo – Vila Olímpia Modelo de trabalho: 100% presencial (sem opção híbrida) Fluência em inglês e espanhol (obrigatório) Responsabilidades: Liderar o time de vendas LATAM, garantindo o alcance das metas de receita e expansão regional. Desenvolver estratégias comerciais alinhadas aos objetivos globais da empresa. Gerenciar parcerias com universidades e instituições de ensino superior em toda a América Latina. Analisar métricas de performance e implementar planos de crescimento sustentáveis. Colaborar com as áreas de Marketing, Admissions e Operações para otimizar a jornada do cliente. Requisitos: Fluência em inglês e espanhol (obrigatório). Experiência prévia em vendas no setor de Educação Superior ou Ed Tech. Histórico comprovado de liderança de equipes multiculturais e gestão de performance. Perfil analítico, orientado a resultados e com visão estratégica. Disponibilidade para atuar 100% presencialmente em São Paulo.
