Senior Content SpecialistAs a seasoned Senior Content Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality content solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.This involves gathering and understanding their unique business requirements and developing customized content strategies to drive business success.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and assess content authoring needs of a given project.Select and configure templates, components, and modules, adding/editing content (copy, images, video, tagging, SEO metadata), and composing web pages based on brand guidelines and stakeholder input.Manage assets and images within the digital asset management system.Develop and maintain detailed authoring documentation.Analyze and understand end-to-end customer experiences to ensure all content is consistent in voice, tone, and construction, and technically correct.Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication and collaboration.Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.Deliver projects on schedule and within scope by managing client expectations and resources.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, 4+ years of experience in marketing and content creation, and 2+ years of experience working with AEM Content Management.Advanced English language skills are required for this role, as you will work with US-based clients.Effective communication in English is essential to deliver high-quality solutions and expand your professional horizons.This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of engaging content that drives business results.
