Accounting Operations LeaderThe primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations.This includes ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, general ledger management, internal and external audit support, and adherence to corporate accounting policies and local regulations.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and general ledger entries.Review and prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.Evaluate and improve month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.Maintain robust internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards (US GAAP/IFRS as applicable).Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and responses.Contribute to financial statement preparation and management reporting packages.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and Corporate Accounting.Provide guidance, training, and supervision to accounting staff; offer performance feedback and support professional development.Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in system implementations or upgrades.
